Archival License: By submitting an entry, the artist grants Open Ikon Group, Inc. a non-exclusive, irrevocable, global license to store, process, and display the asset file for promotional curation campaigns.
The Hard-Etch Vector: The Grand Prize Winner explicitly authorizes Open Ikon Group, Inc. to permanently laser-etch their digital asset metadata into a synthetic Fused Silica (SiO₂) crystal matrix using 5D form-birefringence nanostructuring. Once executed, this physical data footprint is permanent and cannot be modified, deleted, or recalled.
4. LIABILITY CAPS & INFRASTRUCTURE BOTTLENECKSOpen Ikon Group, Inc. operates on a decoupled data infrastructure. We are not legally liable for network dropouts, browser time-outs on Framer.com canvas nodes, or external upload interruptions during high-density asset transfers. Total liability for any transaction failure is strictly capped at the exact amount of the ingestion fee paid.
