At the Ikon Prestige Award, we treat your creative sovereignty as absolute. Submitting your artwork to the platform for an Aura 1 AI Evaluation does not alter, diminish, or transfer your intellectual property rights in any capacity. You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and distribution rights to your work. We claim zero ownership over your creations.

The Non-Generative, No-Scraping Commitment

Aura 1 is a specialized computer-vision analysis engine—it is not a generative AI model [1, 2]. We are fundamentally opposed to data piracy and the unauthorized scraping of artist portfolios.Zero Training Integration: Your submissions are never used, fed, or integrated into image-generation databases.
Transient Memory Protocols: When you upload an image, Aura 1 processes the pixel geometry, color metrics, and depth data in real time to generate your report. Once the diagnostic report is delivered to your dashboard, the transient analysis image is wiped from active evaluation buffers.

Safe Display Protocols

We will never publish, share, or display your artwork anywhere on our site or marketing channels without your explicit, written consent. The only artwork that will ever be publicly revealed is that of the final winner—securely embedded via laser encryption inside the physical crystal silica trophy, and displayed at official partner institutions.
